1. Certificate of entrustment from one's which contain one's personal information, birthday, ID, place of lost and lost properties.
2. Certificate of entrustment (Contain: consignor's passport number, address on the articles, contents of the articles with condensed descriptions, pattern number, special features, and amount), and must be signed by the consignor.
3. Certificate of entrustment from fax should contain consignor's chop.stamp.
4. The receipt must match firmly with certificate of entrustment, and must be put down with the received material in detail.
5. If the major articles of lost properties, ex. Money , Camera etc., are different from the certificate of entrustment. The articles will not be allowed to pick.
6. A trustee must sign the receipt.
PS: If the articles of lost properties are all checked and allowed to be picked, there should be attached a note and comment in the change-off records.
